I liked the work Erie had done for us before and I liked the window that was presented by the salesman. The best part is, the new windows really make a difference- heat-wise in our home.

The sales rep. demonstrated and explained the product in detail so we knew we wanted to go with Erie. The installers were great. The new windows look nice and we could tell the draft was gone immediately compared to the old windows. We are hoping they will be easy to clean too.

I did find that it was sometimes difficult to talk to the person I needed to when I called. But overall it was good and I would recommend them to my neighbors.
