The Assisstant Sales Mgr, is thoroughly knowledgeable about Erie’s product lines. He has answered an avalanche of questions about the installation of a metal roof in response to my request for an estimate. He listened attentively and even seemed to anticipate some of my inquiries. Today, he was at the top of his game (fortunately for me). I’d think twice before challenging him to a game of chess on any day. If the roof leaks …. you will hear about it.
